In order to offer the best service, CREPAD makes use of the state-of-the-art infrastructure for satellite data acquisition existing at Maspalomas Space Centre. Nowadays and within the covering area of Maspalomas Space Centre, CREPAD receives and processes data from the following satellites:
NOAANOAA Satellites (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration). The data which is processed at CREPAD comes from the AVHRR sensor (Advanced Very High Resolution Radiometer). [Read More ...] SEASTARSEASTAR satellite of the NASA agency. CREPAD processes data from the SeaWiFS (Sea-viewing WIde Field-of-View Sensor) instrument. [Read More ...] IRS-P3IRS-P3 satellite of the ISRO (Indian Space Research Organisation) agency. CREPAD makes use of data comming from the MOS (Modular Optoelectronic Scanner) sensor of the DLR agency.
